Ground Breaking

Dig World Katy has officially broken ground! Even though Dig World’s philosophy is  “Always Under Construction”, the official dirt-moving process for our park at the Katy Mills Mall has begun! At our event this morning, we had a great turnout from our friends in the media, local elected officials, and representatives from the Dig World team.

Machines on-site today included Mustang Caterpillar mini-excavators, skid steers, and a 320 excavator. We are underway on the construction of the park and are excited to race to the finish line of our grand opening in early 2022! We would like to thank our partners from the Texas A&M Department of Construction Science, Mustang Cat, and Simon Malls
